Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

• Returns: Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery, unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days (excluding shipping fees).

• Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.

• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as [list of non-returnable items, if any], cannot be returned.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you wish to collect the SGA Kit from Summit Grappling Academy Isle of Man in person then please select this option.  You will be notified by e-mail when your items have arrived and one of the Coaches will locate your item(s) for you

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the 5-7 days.  International shipping times vary based on location and customs processing.

Shipping Rates & Carriers: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Tracking & Delivery: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.  The Grapple Store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
