A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt and double European Champion, Hayley has a unique insight into the mechanics of jiu-jitsu alongside adaptable coaching techniques. She offers competition prep, beginner training, inter/adv technique, feedback & technical adjustments, mindset work and goal setting! Suitable for all ages and experience (juniors should use the small group or two-to-one options)
