Trade-In Scheme – Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
Our Trade-In Scheme allows customers to exchange eligible pre-owned kit for a discount on new items on a like-for-like basis. This initiative supports sustainability and responsible kit recycling.
2. Eligible Items
The following items qualify under the scheme:

Gis
-
Rashguards
-
Shorts
-
Hoodies & apparel
Items must be traded for the same product category only (e.g., gi for gi, rashguard for rashguard).
3. Condition Assessment & Discount
All trade-in items will be assessed by our team on submission.
A. Good Condition – 20% Discount
Items must:

Be structurally intact
-
Have no rips, tears, or holes
-
Have no significant staining
-
Retain original shape and functionality
-
Show minimal signs of wear
Approved items in this category will receive a 20% discount off the retail price of a new like-for-like item.
B. Faded or Worn Condition – 15% Discount
Items may:

Show visible fading
-
Show signs of wear
-
Have minor cosmetic imperfections
Approved items in this category will receive a 15% discount off the retail price of a new like-for-like item.
4. Non-Eligible Items
The following will not be accepted:

Items with large rips, tears, or holes
-
Heavily stained or unhygienic items
-
Items with significant structural damage
Rejected items will be returned to the customer where applicable.
5. Like-for-Like Requirement

Gis must be traded for gis

Rashguards for rashguards

Shorts for shorts
-
Apparel for apparel

Discounts cannot be transferred across product categories

Only one trade-in discount may be applied per new item

6. Discount Application

The discount applies to full retail price items only

The discount cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discount codes

No cash alternative is available

The discount has no monetary value outside of the purchase

Trade-in items become the property of the company upon acceptance
7. Hygiene & Cleaning
All items must be freshly washed prior to submission. We reserve the right to refuse items that are not clean or presentable.
8. Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to determine item condition at our sole discretion and to refuse any item that does not meet scheme standards.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Trade-In Scheme at any time without prior notice.
