Hayley has a wealth of experience, with 26 years of work as a sports coach. A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt and double European Champion, Hayles has a unique insight into the mechanics of jiu-jitsu alongside adaptable coaching techniques. She can offer competition prep, beginner training, technique chaining, feedback and rechnical adjustments, mindset work and goal setting & achievement! Suitable for all ages and experience (juniors will benefit from using the small group or two-to-one options)
